What to expect:
Peak Equine Performance has a 5 step process our practioners execute for each client athlete .
Step 1

The evaluation process begins with a complete intake of history of the horse. We want to know everything we can about the athlete; Past and current usage, feed, supplements, veterinary care, heath issuers and concerns, dental work, lifestyle, injuries, performances, Fernier care, general attitude. We also want to know what your goals are for the horse. We will do a visual evaluation watching the horse move as well as a full palpation from poll to tail. (Expect at least 1 hr for the initial evaluation process- ½ hr for subsequent visits)
Step 2
Hands on Bodywork
Each session is taiored to meet your horse's individual needs. Depending on the findings of the intake we will apply hands on therapy including Sports massage, trigger point therapy, photonic light therapy, acupressure, electro acupressure and the Masterson Method of Integrated Body work and Equine Muscle stretches.
Step 3
Recommendations
After we get a good handle on the history and expectations of the horse we will recommend a plan of action. The recommendation will include not only the hands on sport therapies but will most likely call on a change of diet, supplements, the partnership with your vet, dentist, chiropractor and other equine health specialists.
Step 4
Owner Participation
